Expanding panels that open on hover. Flip handles the resize, so the layout change is measured, not guessed. SplitText masks the title lines and three CustomEase presets, signature, smooth and snappy, set the feel.
On phones and portrait tablets the panels stack vertically and open on tap. Options live in attributes: data-arco-active for the panel open on load, data-arco-trigger for hover or click, data-arco-ease for the preset.
